About Contrology Shop

1-hour private or duet pilates sessions with Rebecca Pagdan, owner of The Contrology Shop, formerly Pilates Mind And Body, is one of the few pilates instructors in San Diego county committed to preserving the original and authentic method of Pilates, as Joseph Pilates himself intended it. Trained by the Pilates Guild in 2002, Rebecca was certified by both Romana Kryzanowska and the United States Pilates Association.
