Privacy policy
Updated
Pilates Class Hub has no accounts and no ads. We collect three kinds of data: visit statistics from Google Analytics 4, basic request logs from our host, and whatever you send us by email or through a “Claim this listing” or “Report a change” link. We don’t sell any of it. The details, and how to opt out, are below.
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to count visits and see which pages people use, so we know what to fix and what to write next.
We don’t show a cookie consent banner. That’s a deliberate choice to keep the site fast and uncluttered, and we’d rather tell you plainly than hide it. GA4 loads only on the live site, and only after you first interact with a page (a scroll, tap or click) or after about 4 seconds, whichever comes first.
When it loads, GA4 sets two first-party cookies: _ga, which Google uses to tell visitors apart, and _ga_ followed by our property ID, which keeps track of your session. Both expire after 2 years by default. GA4 records things like the pages you view, how you arrived (for example from a search), your device and browser type, and your approximate location at city or region level. Google says GA4 does not log or store IP addresses.
We use GA4 for its reports only and don’t link it to Google Ads or any other advertising product.
To opt out: block cookies for this site in your browser settings, use a content blocker that blocks Google Analytics, or install Google’s Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. The site works the same either way.
Hosting and security
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data about each request, such as your IP address, the page requested and your browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We see aggregate traffic numbers from Cloudflare, not individual visitor records.
We also use Google Search Console, which reports how the site appears in Google Search in aggregate (searches, clicks, positions). It doesn’t tell us who you are.
If you email info@pilatesclasshub.com or use a “Claim this listing” or “Report a change” link, your message goes to that address, and Cloudflare Email Routing forwards your message to the inbox of the person who runs the site. We use what you send only to reply and to act on your request, such as correcting a listing. We keep emails as long as we need them for that, and we’ll delete yours on request.
Studio information
Studio listings contain business information: names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, hours, ratings and prices. It comes from public sources described on the methodology page. If you run a studio and want something changed, see the contact page.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell or rent personal data, run ads, use advertising cookies, build profiles of visitors, or knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect, we’ll update this page and its updated date.
