Club Pilates prices
Updated
Club Pilates prices are set by each local studio, so they vary by city. Official ranges: a 4-class monthly membership costs $79 to $169, an 8-class plan $139 to $305, and Unlimited $189 to $397 a month. A single drop-in runs $25 to $52. The first 30-minute intro class is free.

Club Pilates membership prices
Club Pilates studios are franchises, and its memberships page says pricing “is set by your local studio”[2]. Its FAQ adds that prices vary “by studio location, region, and membership type”[3]. Instead of one national price list, the company publishes a range for each plan:
| Plan | What you get | Monthly price range |
|---|---|---|
| 4-Pack (4 Class Monthly) | 4 classes a month | $79 to $169[1] |
| 8-Pack (8 Class Monthly) | 8 classes a month, book up to 30 days ahead[2] | $139 to $305[1] |
| Unlimited | Unlimited classes at your home studio, priority booking 30+ days ahead[2] | $189 to $397[1] |
| Single class drop-in | One 50-minute class, no commitment | $25 to $52[1] |
| Intro class | One 30-minute guided class, no credit card needed | Free[3] |
Club Pilates says the 4-class plan saves up to 20% against its drop-in price, the 8-class plan up to 30%, and Unlimited up to 40%[2].
What that works out to per class
Divide the monthly price by the classes you’d take. These are our calculations from the official ranges above.
| Plan | Per class, low end | Per class, high end |
|---|---|---|
| 4-Pack | $19.75 | $42.25 |
| 8-Pack | $17.38 | $38.13 |
| Unlimited, 12 classes a month | $15.75 | $33.08 |
| Unlimited, 16 classes a month | $11.81 | $24.81 |
| Drop-in | $25.00 | $52.00 |
The pattern holds at any studio: the more you commit to, the less each class costs, but only if you show up. An 8-Pack used four times a month costs more per class than a 4-Pack. Unlimited only pays off against the 8-Pack once you take more than eight classes a month, and how many more depends on your studio’s two prices.
Why your studio’s price is different
Club Pilates studios are franchises, and each studio sets prices for its own market. That’s why the 8-Pack can cost $139 at one studio and $305 at another[1].
Club Pilates does not publish individual studio prices online. Studio pages on clubpilates.com list the plans and the percentage savings but not the dollar amounts. To get your studio’s exact price, Club Pilates says to call or email the studio[3], or book the free intro class and ask then.
Annual, Passport and Destination memberships
Club Pilates sells three more plans, but publishes no price range for any of them:
- Annual: a prepaid year at your home studio, with no monthly payments[5].
- Passport: unlimited access to most US Club Pilates studios. It excludes Destination studios and studios inside LA Fitness, and works at US locations only[6].
- Destination: access to every US studio (except those inside LA Fitness), including the Destination studios[1]. Destination studios include Tribeca, Upper West Side, Park Slope and Downtown Brooklyn in New York, and Brentwood, Culver City and West LA in California[6].
If you live near a Destination studio, ask whether your home-studio membership covers it before you sign up.
Fees and policies
Monthly dues aren’t the whole cost. These are the fees and rules Club Pilates publishes:
- Freezing: you can freeze a membership for up to 3 months at $35 per month. Request it 14 days before your next invoice, unless there’s a medical issue[7].
- Late cancellation: group classes and intro sessions need 12 hours’ notice. Cancel later and you lose a class credit or pay a late cancel fee, depending on your membership[8]. The fee amount isn’t published.
- Renewal: memberships bought through the website renew automatically each interval, month to month, until cancelled[9].
- Cancelling: Club Pilates points members to their state’s membership agreement addendum or the local studio[7].
- Grip socks: required in every class, sold at the studio if you don’t have a pair[3]. The price isn’t published.
- HSA and FSA: Unlimited and Annual memberships can be paid with HSA or FSA funds through Truemed at participating studios[2].
Not published anywhere on clubpilates.com as of Oct 5, 2026: enrollment or sign-up fees, a minimum contract length, student or military discounts, and private training prices. Forum posts mention all of these, but they vary by studio. Ask for them in writing before you sign.
How Club Pilates compares with other studios
Our directory tracks drop-in prices that pilates studios publish. Across 61 studios, the median drop-in is $39, and the range runs $10 to $99. Compare that with Club Pilates’ $25 to $52 drop-in range[1], then check prices in your own city on pilates prices by city.

FAQ
How much is Club Pilates a month?
It depends on the plan and the studio. Club Pilates’ official ranges are $79 to $169 a month for 4 classes, $139 to $305 for 8 classes, and $189 to $397 for Unlimited[1]. Each franchise sets its own price inside those ranges, so call your local studio for the exact figure.
How much is a single Club Pilates class?
A single drop-in class costs $25 to $52, depending on the studio[1]. Drop-ins are 50 minutes, need no commitment, and can be used for any class format. Your first visit is a free 30-minute intro class, so you won’t pay a drop-in rate until your second class.
Is the Club Pilates intro class really free?
Yes. Club Pilates says its intro class is free and needs no credit card[3]. It’s a 30-minute guided session where an instructor explains the reformer and studio set-up. Arrive about 15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the instructor before class starts, and ask about membership prices at that studio while you’re there.
Why is Club Pilates so expensive?
Each student uses a reformer, a machine the studio has to buy, maintain and give floor space, and each franchise sets prices for its own market. Per class, the cost falls with commitment: an 8-Pack at the low end works out to about $17 a class, while drop-ins start at $25.
Can you freeze a Club Pilates membership?
Yes. Club Pilates lets you freeze for up to 3 months at $35 per month[7]. You need to ask 14 days before your next invoice, unless the freeze is for a medical reason. For cancellation, Club Pilates refers members to their state’s membership agreement addendum or their local studio.
Does Club Pilates have a sign-up fee?
Club Pilates doesn’t publish one. Its official pages list membership ranges, the drop-in range, a $35 monthly freeze fee and a late cancel fee of unstated size, but no enrollment fee. Some studios may charge one or waive it as a promotion. Ask your studio for every fee in writing before you sign.
